A week before my photo session, I got nervous, wondering if this was an unnecessary risk (I am deeply private, mostly prude and prudent). Then I wondered if I wouldn't be crushed if the photos revealed all my physical flaws. So I deliberately stopped that trip down anxiety road and chose instead to see the process of preparing for my session as fun self care: I gave myself permission and time to choose nice lingerie, do my nails, think about meaningful props to use etc. That process ended up being a healthy decluttering of my closet, my mind and my subconscious fears. I had my own thing going on and each step made me feel a little bit empowered. The day of the session, I didn't think about poses or doing anything right. I was taking things a minute at a time - literally. Because I didn't want to worry or feel inadequate. As I stepped in the room for the first round, I checked out from my logical mind and checked in with my heart and soul - and you two make this part possible with your kind, compassionate and artistic persona. As I stepped out of the session, I had just taken a defining trip reconnecting with (and at times discovering) parts of myself. I felt exhilaratingly calm, peacefully and undeniably confident, and I knew at that moment that I had to faithfully nurture and protect my self worth. What you do is not boudoir photography, it is a form of self worth therapy. Thanks for everything. " - Y.D.
"The thing I love about shooting with Kimmie and Enoch is you get a master photographer/theatre director and a master choreographer/dancer. A lot of photographers are great with the camera, but may not be able to communicate effectively with their models. Not only does it feel more comfortable working with a married couple, but they have the ability to work so creatively with their models to capture the most incredible shots." -Kathryn Elizabeth Kelly
"I'm a stage performer professionally and I still get shy in front of the camera. My session with Enoch and Kimmie was so much fun and the butterflies went away as soon as we got started. I got to wear my pieces that I was comfortable in and they provided some fun robes to add on top. The best three words I can say are GO FOR IT! Do it for you!" - Hannah Church
"I had the great pleasure of doing a boudoir photoshoot with Enoch and Kimmie. The experience itself was delightful. Enoch and Kimmie were fun but professional, and they had a way of making me relax even though I hadn't been feeling great in skin at the time. I got to see all of the shots for the first time just this morning. They took my breath away. I am often dissatisfied with pictures of myself. I either don't like the way I look or I like the picture, but don't think it looks or feels like me. This internal dissonance has become more pronounced over the past few years. I have felt like an imposter when people compliment my appearance because 'that's not really me.' In contrast, Enoch's photos were not merely lovely, they also felt like me. I teared up when I first saw them because this was one of those rare occasions where I didn't have to fight against the emotional dissonance between who I am and how I appear. They are rather lovely." - Naami Wagner
Enoch and Kimmie are some of the most talented individuals that I have had the pleasure to work with. They have this innate collaborative ability and vision to cross fantasy and reality. Kimmie was amazing, uplifting and empowering. She was very responsive, thorough, and explained the entire process. Kimmie’s ability to tie everything together made the process effortless, stress-free and purely magical. I felt at ease and was able embrace my femininity and unleash my inner self! If you are interested in a boudoir session, I would highly recommend Kimmie and Enoch. They bring your vision to life and truly get the art of boudoir photography!" - Connie Stevens
